Garmin (with foot pod it running indoors)
MP3 player cued up with songs in the exact order
proper clothing to cover any potential weather problem that may arise
trail shoes if even a light dusting of snow has occurred
shoe laces double knotted
Anything less than this will result in a cancelled run. There is no latitude.
